not losing snacks.. OR pounds..

It;s not me that actually buys the snacks.. but my mom who just like to keep them there.. I keep away from it most of the times.. I'm trying to eat a littles less to lose my love handles.. but I seem to get hungrier.. any tips??? I've tried water..!

More protein and carbs. Don't forget to eat at least every 3 hrs.

Snack on cut up veggies and hummus. Ask your Mom for support in your goals, maybe she will benefit from not having snack foods in the house.
