This is my first post to this forum.
I currently weigh 145lbs - 2 years ago I was 215lbs so I have been bulky once (although bf was around 17% - not too special).
Now my bf % is about 8% and I really don't want it to increase.
I'm currently eating 2800 a day and maintaining my body weight, I'm also resistance training every other day on a push/pull split, and doing 20 mins of elliptical training every day (400 cals).
I want to put on 10lbs of lean muscle, and really (really) don't want to put any fat on (it took me a long long time to lose it).
I currently have a very high-carb low-fat diet, with moderate protein (maybe 140g/day) - I've read that possibly the best way to achieve my goals would be to restrict carb intake and have more fat.
Looking at the very helpful workout link posted by Adam Campbell, I like the following plan: http://www.ruggedmag.com/index.php?type=Article&i=2&a=6
http://www.ruggedmag.com/index.php?type=Article&i=3&a=3 .
I propose upping my calorific intake to 3000, and basically following the above plan, doing HIT twice a week for 20 mins, 4 weights sessions on a upper/lower body split, low intensity cardio in the mornings and a restricted carb intake.
Do you think this will work?
Or will I just get fat?
Any suggestions?

To gain muscle you need to eat protein. Carbs will give you the energy but with out enough Portein you will not build muscle. I would suggest adding more protein into your diet.
