hello all,
i have been using freetrainer since about last april and i have made some vast improvments. i was at about 240 +/- at my maximum weight and now i am 195. i am about six feet tall and have really actually started to develop real muscle. this has taken a lot of work and a lot of holding back from the foods that used to comfort me. Soda was a big deal to give up as well. i drank a carbonated sucralose juice drink to kick the habit. if i really needed a soda i would drink a fresca. all i am trying to say is thank you all for your help even though i havent said much. what you have posted and said has changed my lifestyle. i still have more work to do so expect more questions!
