Protein is by far the number one. Creatine will build nothing without adequate protein.

here is the situation
i've been a martial artist for about 10 years.. so you can say i'm fit.. but i've always had a average body ...
i'm looking to build more muscle and become more defined and i've been lifting weights for a month now and i do see some results.. i've been hearing different things about protein and creatine.
which one is better for muscule gain .. if u had to choose one.
