I was given a Bio-Dyne system from a friend. It has all the main pulleys that you would need for a basic workout. I have been a novice weightlifter on and off for the last 15 years. I havent worked out in about 2yrs cause of an ankle injury. I now weigh 187lbs and i am 5'10". Id like to keep about the same weight but lose a large gut (i love my beer). Any tips for working out with this gym or any types of suppplements to take would be much appreciated--Thanks in advance!

Give up the beer, then you'll just have to look at the gym.

Welcome to FT!! I gotta agree with nerraw - beer, as do other delicious drinks, will do you in weight wise. Most nutrition plans nix the booze or for those that can't come to terms with that, at least limit it to nearly nixing. Just think how many useless calories you can plow through in a short amount of time (that is if you drink like I used to drink, lol!). Try the FT free program here, it has some great exercise and nutrition ideas!!
Good luck with your goals!

Well I have been keepin the gut to a minimum for the last 12 years but the lack of any exercise the past year has hurt me the most. Im still gonna throw some beers back. I know there are folks on here that still hang out with the guys. After I get a routine down I can adjust accordingly.
