anyone have these.........I always forget to train my traps... I usully do them once every other week or so...and i'm geting to where I don't like bicep training lol( wow a guy that doesn't like bicep training! )

yea traps are a pain, i dont train em much.. i train my biceps, shoulders, chest, triceps and abs the most

I do not have one. I used to hate training chest but now it is one of my favorites. As for traps...come on doing shrugs with 500 on the bar is not only fun but you get weird looks as you go collect the plates!:big_smile:

forearms, abs, and grips are the ones I usually neglect. wait a minute, i dont have any abs...

biceps. I can't actually ever remember doing curls. Ever. I get all the bicep work I need from doing pull ups and chin ups.

And dont worry shep, keep following gatormade's advice and you'll be ripped to shreds.

surprised so many people picked forearms and grip. I train my grip 4x a week, but then, grip is very important for me as I am a mixed martial artist and rock climber.

calves also. never any need for me to train calves and biceps. They're showy muscles at best.
