Hi,
I have no time to work out or go to a gym b/c of my university schedule, so what are some tips for this? I was thinking:
- walk to school and back (about 1km each way)
- always take the stairs
...? Please help! I already have a healthy diet. I'm 129lbs and 5'4 1/2 (August 2004: 144lbs). I need this extra boost.

Marblez~no offense but if you want to work out you can ALWAYS find time. I think that is one of the biggest cop outs. When my 2 boys were babies and my then husband wasn't supportive of me working out, the only time that I could fit in working out was 4:30 a.m. And I did that for a little over 10 years! On a positive note: Yes, walking and taking the stairs is always a better alternative. Could you keep weights in your dorm/apartment? Congrats on the weightloss!

I think I should have added: All I really want to do is tone my stomach. I am unsure what sort of stomach excercises to do.

I am a full time student and work 30 hours on top....so that's an obvious cop out....yes time is limited but you can work around it...
You can do at the very least a circuit training workout 3-4 times a week with 30 minutes for the workout...

it's going to be really hard to get your stomach in shape if you're not working the rest of your body as well. spot reduction is a nasty myth and there is no amount of stomach work that will give you good abs unless you're eating right and training your entire body.
when i was in school i had a schedule very similar to menace's. i was in class from 10-5 and worked from 5:30-12:30. i found time to get to the gym, plus i rode my bike everywhere. it's do-able.

marblez 'toning stomach' is more of a dietary phenomenon than exercise....it will involve cutting fat, simple carbs, and total calories slowly by like 100-200 calories....which is going to take you a while...depending on how much weight you need to lose to achieve that goal....
