i've been lifting for about 2 maybe 3 years and over that time my knees have been giving me trouble like wen kneeling my knees hurt. i donno if this is from lifting but i just noticed my knees getting worse as i get stronger and increase weights. does any one no how i can prevent this
Probably...you might need to give them a rest for a bit. If you haven't taken a break in a while, it may be time. As I have stated numerous times, the muscles can keep up, it is the connective tissue, ligaments, joints, tendons that can't.
You may try some glucosamine.
