hey i've been working out for the past couple of days on my triceps which i rarely every worked before. i've been trying to tone them up and get them stronger, but i've been wondering whether or not i should continue to work them out cuz they've been really sore the past few days from the first workout. ... Also i've while working out my biceps i tend to get this weird tightening feeling and it feels that my muscle is gooing to snap. it not that the weight is too heavy but my arms seem to tighten up really after just 1 set. Is this normal..?
