hi, im 6'0 and 215 pounds, i have lost 70 pounds already and im lookin to be atleast 170 pounds, first off, i might have losed a lot of weight but i still have fat on my breast area, how do i get to flatten my breasts again, and then, my belly, what exercises do i need to do to atleast flatten it, and then, the sides of my belly, how do i flatten it too, and whats the daily calorie intake for me to lose more weight
