3 sets of 10 lower back extensions (no weight)
4 sets of 10 lat pull downs
4 sets of 10 back pull downs (hammer machine)
4 sets of 10 forearm curls (up)
4 sets of 15 forearm curls (down)
4 sets of 10 leg raises
3 sets of 25 ball crunches
(stretching)
15 mins (1mi) walk on treadmill at 4.2 mph
