Why it is so hard to just say no.

crispy01 Posts: 130 Joined: 2004/09/08	2005/01/20, 09:42 AM Have you ever wondered why it is so hard to say no to that juicy hamburger or that greasy sausage? Well I learned in my philosophy class last night, of all places, that the saturated fat that is in all animal based proteins (more in some than in others) triggers the same brain nerves as does sexual intercourse. Pretty interesting, huh. So this is one explanation of why the fatty meats are so addicting and hard to say no to. So next time you want a big juicy steak then just go have some sex and it will have the same effect (and burn fat not gain it):big_smile:.

Women have more receptors that react to chocolate than men do, way, way, way more. It might be that it effects men like sex too, but since they don't have the same amount of receptors they don't crave it like we do...
