I tried it for the first time and on the treadmill, (I dont run) after about 12 mins, I was destroyed, couldn't walk
did about 6 min on the stepper and then 1 1/2 min (all I had left in me)on the bike
Now normally I am on the bike for about 25 min and then 25 min on the stepper, but yesterday that Hiit thing really did HIT the spot, I was huffing and puffing when I was done.
just sharing my experince, if you havent tried HIIT, give it a go
I was out of the gym in less then an hour, including some tine in the sauna.

Tried HIIT for the first time on Wed.~ WOW!!!! Loved it!!! It was definelty a challange which is what I was needing. Love the fact it only takes 20 min. Did it on the stairmill.... don't take your eyes off, or you'll fall going that fast.:big_smile:
