Which muscles would I be allowed to do super sets with? (for those who dont know, super sets are when you half the weight on your final set for that exercise and go until you cant go anymore i think)
any input is appriciated

Shredder I believe you are referring to a drop set. A superset is when you do two exercises of opposing muscle groups back to back. Ex. Bench Press followed by Lat Pulldowns. or Bicep Preacher Curl followed by Lying Tricep Extensions. I like to do supersets because they pick up the intensity of my workout.

yes I think you are referring to drop sets, and no you don't half the weight....
so if you can do 225 for 10 reps you can try
235 loaded with 45s and 5-10s per side...then do as many as you can ...take 10s off and keep going, until you're doing 45s...which should be 6 sets total...I suggest to use 10s because they are easy to take off and keep dropping the weight by a good amount...20lb.. gl

machines are easier and safer.......flys, lateral raises etc...you just move the pin.
you can super set anything not just opposing muscle groups
I super set now
a back
a shoulder
a tericep excercise
rest 30 secs, do all that again, four times.

On a drop set you can do as many drops as your heart desires. Key to success on these is failure at each succesive drop, especially so your first heavy set. This means complete failure, not when you feel like stopping.
