ok well first i am 15 years old and i have done the poor way of exercising and weating i went on diet pills:S but it was becuase i had a knee injury! now i am not allowed to be on them. i just wnat to loose my love handles, firm my abs and work on legs, so is there anything, or anybody can help me i need a workout program, and healthy eating guide and i want to loose 10 -20 pounds but august 2005! hope someone can help me thanks!
