i have a set of "girlie" dumbell weights, an exercise ball, miles of walking trails and stairs...that's about all. i don't have a pull up bar, yet, but that's one of the things i plan to get.
my goals...i want to loose about 30#'s by the end of summer/early fall. then plan to loose another 30#'s by the following summer. i hope that gives me enough time to safely loose!
i gained 100 lbs over the past 4 years due to medical treatments. i've got my clean bill of health, now, and need to drop what's left of this weight. i'd like to tone up as much as possible as well.
i have a horse that i plan to get started in his saddle training, but want to be sure that i'm well under way to getting back into shape, first.
i will be sure to sign up for the home plan!
before getting married, i spent hours in the gym, everyday. that was so long ago, i can't remember half the things i did! i know i'll never have a body like that again, but i'd sure like to try! :)
