I am looking to lose about 10 more pounds, but above all, just tone up and have definition, i do cardio 5 days a week and use weights about 4 days a week, anyone have any thoughts on pilates??

It'll kill you or make you limber and tough. Great exercise.

I did a video with some friends once - the better shape you are in the easier it is - me a the teenage girl could do all the moves pretty easy the others had troubles & cheated.

It is great if you need to work on your core (abs & back) but yoga is just as good

This wasn't with a machine - that might be different & make it better
