ok heres the story
everytime i get a chance i workout at home due to my busy school schedule. i'm currently 21 and finishing up college
heres the thing.. i do alot of body weight workout..
pullups, pushups. situps, leg lifts. chin ups..
marine pushups..
i can feel that i'm getting stronger..
but the damn fat wont go away.. i can definately feel more muscle. .my issue is the fat and the love handles..
what should i do

to get rid of fat, your diet plays that role. To get rid of fat, you need a caloric deficit......either by cardio burning more calories , or lowing your intake of calories.

my dad owns multiple italian restaurants and my diet is pretty much italian food..
