When is the best time to exercise? I heard it's morning. My problem is I can only do so at night, after dinner. Because I'm in uni and morning is out, even evenings, which I once tried, are full. But after working out, I have my last meal. Is this ok?

Anytime is better than not doing it. Remember we are all different so if evening workouts work for you keep doing them. Morning works for most people since they add it into their daily routine & have less of a chance of skipping it.
