When is the best time to exercise? I heard it's morning. My problem is I can only do so at night, after dinner. Because I'm in uni and morning is out, even evenings, which I once tried, are full. But after working out, I have my last meal. Is this ok?

I like to workout between 3 and 7.........thats wheni try and get into gym...........just caus eby then i've had a few meals.......my muscles are full of engery etc. But I don't wanna workout too late, cuase somtimes its hard to sleep. Just find a balance, and find what YOU like. SOme peak in morings( larks) some peak at night ( owls) I Fyour comfortbale working out at 7pm......then do it................However i'd have a snack.....go work out, come home.....protein shake, 45mins later eat dinner if I can.

Anytime is better than not doing it. Remember we are all different so if evening workouts work for you keep doing them. Morning works for most people since they add it into their daily routine & have less of a chance of skipping it.
