Hi, guys. I just signed up. I selected the "Abs Program" under ft Special. My primary selection was the one for losing weight and toning.
I'm just wondering how I should do the abs program? Should I just try to squeeze that into my regimen? Or, will the computer automatically let me know when it's time to do the ab work?
