I'm 16, and I weight 205 lbs. I'm 5'11" and I have about a 33 in. waste. I'm working out a lot for football, so I do a lot of power training, as well as agilities about 3 x a week. I've hit a weight gain plateau and I was wondering if it was my carb intake. I don't doubt my protein intake, but I was wondering if carb intake could be a factor. I'd appreciate the help.
-Thanks

Carb intake could very well be your answer. If you are trying to gain, then the answer is a caloric surplus. If your protien intake is adequate, up your clean carbs. Carbs are protein sparing remember.
