I'm trying something new, since my arms been kinda doing "blah" so for biceps i'm doing 10x10 with barbell curls. I have read helps with plateaus, and adds soem good size. Even though I have been concentrating on strength latly, still wouldn't mind a bigger claiber of guns.

before I worked out, had creatine 5gs in a glass of crystal light, l glutaman cap. and amino acid pill (2222mg)
all "now brands"

Before my workout, 19in bicep after workout.....almost 19.5

after workout, 5g creatine,l glutamn pill, 2 scoops whey in water.
65/10x10 1min rest in bewteen sets

Arms felt heavy right after my workout, went to the store to pick up a cd....it passed....they still fell tight but not heavy as it did.

first 3 sets, weren't bad, forth and 5th started to feel them. For the most part I only had to "cheat" on last 2 maybe 3. I did run into somthing odd, as the magize i read it said I would, on I beleive the 8th set, I got al of them.....just like the 1st 2 or 3. Not sure why, but people think has somthing to do with nervious system( acording to the article I read). That last set, of the last rep, I never felt that 65lbs more in my life! I bumped it with my leg, still could get it up, had to do it 3 times, and "drop" under it to curl it lol. So anyways i'll keep at it maybe for 6 weeks or so see what it does, keep everyone posted.

Just a note, you may as well save your money on the amino acid pill. One before you workout is nothing, and a total waste.

day after, not much muscle soreness, think I may need to add a lil more weight, or lower my rest breaks. Next week I'll try 45sec rest breaks, and add 5lbs

BCAA's exhibit their best results when cutting(calories are at a premium), can really help spare muscle tissue at these lean calorie times. If you are eating plenty, they probably are a waste of money.

Today after I trained legs....I did the 10x10 again this time with 75 lbs, but only 30sec rest inbetween all sets.

after that I did 2 sets to failure concentration hammer curls(20lbs). Also 2 sets of forearms curls w/ 65lbs to failure.

My calories kinda low , trying to get back to pre xmas weight lol, down to about 170 carbs or so a day, yesterday was my high carb day, so the "pump" wasn't all that......only measured about 19.3.....coarse thats hour after training. We'll see
