Whenever I workout, (Cardio) my stomach gets upset and I will have to make frequent stops to the bathroom anyone know a cause of this and how it can be prevented?
I am just making a guess here. But maybe you are eating too soon before you work out. I used to have the same problem, because I would eat less than an hour before I worked out. But now I will have a protein bar or fruit a little over an hour before I workout. This gives it time to digest. Just an opinion though not certain.
