Will I be happy with the results if I go to the gym once every other day or every two days and go through the circuit trainers doing 3 sets of 10 on each one? My goal is not to look like Arnold, but maybe one of those guys in Men's Health. If not, what should I do?

if you want to look like those guys in men's health you're going to have to go at least more than 2 days a week. 3 to 4 is good, make sure you're hittin cardio too though.

To look like those guys in the magazine, you'll need the following:

Great photographer
Great graphic artist
Great set of airbrushes.

Go for it!!!

Circuits are good to keep body fat low, and is good to get in shape. NOW I would suggest somthing more concrete, and a lil more challanging. GEt a good program on here, and sztart with that. MAchines are good, however they have disadvantages.

Hit the weights least 3 times a week , and some cardio 3 times a week. If your just wanting to add some good mass/ strength...go with 4 days lifting.....lil or no cardio.

Thanks for the input guys. I think I should clear up my current program. I currently workout every other day or atleast every other 2 days. That works out to an average of 3 days a week.
Is it alright to workout every other day on my current program(Circuits & Cardio on the same day)?
I am sorry I am such a pain, and I am sure that some are very tired of the "same old" questions. I did search through several posts here and couldn't find an answer so I decided to ask.

Funny stuff buddy. btw, does that work for my wife also?...?

It'll work for most people. However, there are some people who cannot even be helped by the best in the industry. (In fact, I think I saw one of them this morning on the drive to work. She was driving a car that matched . Ugliest car I've seen on the road yet.)
