A while back I recieved Arginmax as a birthday gag gift. I figured I might as well use it as a vitamin supplement, but then I got sidetracked and started using other multivitamins instead, forgetting about Arginmax altogether.
Now, I still have the majority of the bottle left, and the bottle cost like $40, so I was started using it again. However, the bottle expired at the begnning of the year (April, I believe). I always heard that all that happens is that the vitamins might slowly lose some of their potency after expiration, but I just want to make sure it's still safe to take.
Anyone know anything about this?

No one? Well, I guess it can't be too harmful. It's just vitamins and stuff.

that is true....most of the time you have about a year after expiration date before vitamins/drugs start to lsoe their potency....vitamins are generally safe...so unlike drugs you won't get sick...it may not help you but it shouldn't get u sick....as far as I know...isn't arginimax a 'libido' supplement?
which mostly has Arginine....and not really multivitamin...it does have some others like Bs but it's incomplete....anywayz go ahead and keep taking it...

Yeah, it's a libido supplement, that was the gag. Arginine, Bs and stuff like that are all in it, but I figured since the stuff cost $40 and my centrum is all gone, i might as well finish off the bottle.

Usually the dates on bottles are the latest the retailer can sell them. This does not mean that they are bad.
