im 13 and have been doign a workout plan on here for 2 days now and im already seeign visible inprovement in my triceps and calfs how is this possible

um...I don't think it is possible. Maybe you just saw your muscles after you worked out or something.

hmm sum1 told my might be sumthin to do wit puberty :S im confuddled but im positive ther bigger i measured them
before i started working out and then agian 2day :S

I call this problem phantom weirdness syndrome, for example I measure my waist and sometimes its 30 inches and then 31 or 32 even though I haven’t gained any fat. Same with my arms, sometimes the muscle looks bigger and at other times it looks pitiful. Maybe it’s the mind playing tricks on you.
