I bought a resitance band (tube) and enjoy using it when I'm cramped for space (bedroom) and can't get to the gym. However, the band is too long for chest presses and too short to wrap around my chest once before pressing.
I have figured out how to shorten the band for arm exercises when using my foot or door as the base, but how do I shorten it for my chest when my back is the "base"?
