Hi,
Im new to weight gain but after a football injury this year do to me being small I dont want it to happen again. Im 6 foot 1 165 ,i used to be fat but i grew gaining no weight over the past year or so. I play the line, Right offesive tackle and defensive end. I need to figure out a way to gain weight but to get faster or at least maintain my current speed.
Anyone have any suggestions or programs that would help me ??

I would suggest eating a lot of whole foods taken from the "bodybuilders grocer list", do a search here and eat from that. Also start training for football. By that I mean go as heavy as you can using the compound movements, deadlifts, squats, cleans, bent rows etc. That should put weight on.

Ive started training , but my main problem is im limited by exercises because of an injury to my back and just having a bad back in general so squats and possibly deadlifts are out of the question.
