I switched my routine 2 weeks ago. I am doing the circuit training routine in the Abs Diet book. Its new to me, so I have to follow along with the book while doing routine. On Friday I left the book behind at the gym, and needless to say some honest person picked it up for themselves :angry: It cost me $50.00 and can't really afford it again right now. I know you mentioned in a post that you picked up a copy. If possible can you email me the order of the exercises (not including abs section) for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday please? Weights and reps aren't necessary I remember that part. Just get the order in which to do the circuit mixed up, and want to stick this routine out for the next 4 weeks. I would really appreciate it if you could help. :big_smile: Thanks........

I feel for you. Wish I could help, but no book. HAve you checked to see if someone turned it in? Beleive it or not, I lost my wedding band, and someone turned it in. It was found in the ladies locker room! :big_smile:

Must of been an od on protein and didn't know exactly where I was at the time. No Charlie, your not gonna make me write the rest! :laugh:

Nathalie have you checked on ebay for a used book? Probably get one for 5.00 usd. I buy alot of used books and they are just as good as new ones.

thanks very much.....i don't know if the order matters. First time I have ever done circuit training and full body together. I really don't care for it, but only another 4 weeks. I much prefer doing a few body parts per day. Thanks again Asimmer:big_smile:
