Hi! I weigh 133 currently. I'm trying to get down to about 120 by Christmas..... my hieght is 5'5......

So I was wondering if you guys think my little program I made up will work-

Sooo.. yeah my exercizing consists of-
Everyday-
50 crunches (done the right way.... with holding your stomach tight when you crunch in... and exhaling when you crunch in)
20 (on each side) twisting crunches (done the right way!)
50 squats
20 push ups
20 leg lifts
and some light weight lifting for my arms......
Tuesday and Thursdays-
Swimming for about one hour--- (about 70 laps now)
~~~ Does that sound like it'll do something? Or do I really need to add more?~~~~
My diet is three well balanced meals a day... I have a binging problem.... so basically eating healthy and not binging at all will be my goal.
Will this work? Anything I should do?
You should try to eat small meals every 2-3 hours. This will help your metabolism stay up and also help to keep you from binging because you will be satisfied most of the time.
Are you using weight with any of those exercises? If you are, it might be wise to seperate that workout into 2 days so each muscle group can recover.
My suggestion... fill out a profile and pick a routine from FT. Swimming is good...
Also, for the meals... have five or six smaller meals a day instead of the three....
Remember the average weight loss per week is about one to two pounds...
Hope that helps!
