I'm planning on doing my cut phase in about a month or two so Im starting to plan ahead. I use a juicer for fruits and vegetables because I find it makes them easily accessable. I don't have to take time to cook them, its easier to force them down (sorry, but things like celery are too nasty to eat) and veggies are healthier raw anyway. However, i don't know if juicing will inhibit my pursuit for the 6 pack. So, in the words of a famous horse-faced comic, what's the deal with juicing?

As you get leaner, you will want to avoid fruits/juices. The veggies are fine and a must, but the fruits are loaded with fructose, and mainly wasted calories for an exteme diet. Fructose tops off liver glycogen, and you want all metabolic pathways especially at low bodyfat levels to shift toward muscle glycogen.

Sorry for the confusion, but as you can see, if I can't even bring myself to eat celery, there's no way i could bring myself to shove a needle in my ass....
When I reach my low bodyfat goal, how do I maintain it. Can I still not eat fruit? Stiil no beer? How does it work?
Also, is juicing veggies just as good as eating them?

Once you reach your desired goal it is simple to maintain it. You will know your maintenance calories then. Wherever you end at. Simply staying in that range with your same activity level will keep you the same. You can eat fruit or whatever you like to a point then, just keep it in your calorie range.(make sure you keep your protein up, the rest is up to you)
