I was wondering, is creatine okay to use? if so, which is better powder or pills? or are do they do the same?...If I take creatine and then stop, will whatever muscle I gain, start to go away? I just want to make sure that I will gain actual muscle and not just muscle until I stop taking it...can someone please advise?

Creatine is diffinately ok to use Powder is best with creatien. no the muscle that you gained will not go away but it'll get smaller because it was just water mass. It doesn't help you gain any muscle. At least that's what I think I might be wrong.

Creatine is a substance your body produces naturally anyway. Our liver does it in the manner of combining three amino acids, Arginine, Glycine and Methionine. It simply helps fuel your system..without going into the science(there are 3 energy systems), so you will have a bit more explosiveness, thus the ability to use a bit heavier weights which will result in an increased overload to the muscle. This is what initiates growth(your diet defines how much). It is a cell volumizer, so the water that it pulled into the muscle will dissapate on stopping creatine, but the actual muscle you may have gained is yours to keep.

If you are just beginning, and don't even have your diet in order, I would not use creatine. It will not be justified in this case, a total waste.

okay so you should have a good diet and workout routine before you start taking creatine, and ive heard many different views on when to take it, if it says take like 2 scoops 3 times a day when would it be best on workout days? Also can you take protien shakes and creatine at the same time and if so how or when would you do it?

Thanks in advanced

I thought it had more to do withmusclear endurace, and not the force contractability of the muscle cell?
