Since the ingredients is made up of quite a few herbs, it's possible you're reacting to one or a combination of them. The warnings listed for some of the ingredients would make me wonder about the "others" especially if I felt I was reacting to it.
"Warnings
Guarana contains caffine and should be avioded when pregnant, during lactation or if suffering from any heart condition or high blood pressure. Caffeine if taken in large amounts (500mg or over) can be addictive. Consult your healthcare practitioner if suffering from anxiety, diabetes or irritable bowel syndrome or if fluid retention persists. Should be taken an hour before or after any other supplements or medication as Chitosan may inhibit bio-availalbility. Not recommended for any kind of shellfish allergy suffers. If fliud retention or constipation persits, seek medical advice. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietart vitamin intake is inadequate. "

I don't mean to be offensive by this, but why even bother with things like diet pills when exercise & proper nutrition are the only way to healthy long term weight loss? Save your money, save your health.
