Hey, all, don't mean to "advertise" but since this is the forum where most newbies and members go first, I thought y'all wouldn't mind if I tossed out an invitation to all that are facing overweight and obesity issues to come join the Overweight & Obesity forum here on FT each Monday (and you are welcome in between) where are goals are to share our weekly experiences with the difficulties involved in weight loss and most important our accomplishments! You don't have to wait until Monday to share, either, go there now and introduce yourself, we would be happy to hear from you!! :dumbbell: HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE and anywhere else on FT!!
