some body says that body building is the couse to stop the hieght.especially with the squat what do you think.or how a person can improve his hieght with exersice.

Unless you start training very early with heavy basic compound exercises.. bodybuilding has nothing to do with your height potential. That is strictly based on your genetics.. you height is determined from day one.

If you want to continue to grow, you might think about streching. It's good to strech muscles before and after lifting, but if you strech your muscles out really well, it will help your flexablity and also might help you grow even more.

no one in my family is over 6 feet tall and i used to strech everyday. now i stand at 6'3. i'm not sure if it helped me grow but i guess you could give it a try, right?

Stretching is important enough, it couldn't hurt.
