I was reading "Muscle", andx there was an article, about how to get your arms bigger( everyother issue lol)

Anyways this thing said to do a double bicep pose, and measure the space between your bicep attachment, and the creas of elbow. Mine was about 1.5in, well it said I have a short biceps, and that My abilty to get it bigger would be poor!

Also to measure from yoru elbow( tricep ataches) to the top part of the "horse shoe", mine was 4.5in and it said that was poor too.

So sopossly I have "poor" arms to get bigger, but yet my arms where bigger, at least fromt he looks of it from the dude in the pic lol. And he had "perfect" lengths.

Is there some truth to this, cause I can successfully add about 1in to my arms a year. So it sounds like a bunch of bull......?????

I'm hoping you read that while in the bookstore and didn't actually spend money on it. Virtually all of those popular bodybuilding ragazines are a vapid mix of supplement ads, stage photos, supplement advertorials, soft porn, and um ... oh yeah, supplement ads. Save your money, save your brain.

So yes, I call BULLSHIT

Well it had some new excercises in it, and had a good article on powerlifting, is why I bought it.

Though i have read the similar information in books written by Arnold Schwarzenegger and other famous lifters, genetics does play a role... it goes to like how Boston Marathon runners could never be football players and vise versa, but even though genetics does play a role, it doesnt have near the role of hard work, perspiration, and determination. Cause even with genetics and no hard work, there would be no big arms, Id rather have bad genetics and be a hard worker any given day.

It's a copout for the unmotivated. If I can blame my lack of size on my connective lengths and stuff, then I have an excuse to not workout as hard. It's genius. Then I'll buy a subscription to the magazine to show my friends that I'm trying to fight an uphill battle that I simply cannot win. It's not my fauly I can't gain size.
