I'm very new to the whole working out. So i'm very dumb about it. I never had to work out i just had a baby (4mths ago) and i weighted 113 before her i know weight 170, big difference.I have lost 30lbs after having her. All the fat seem to be in my upper hipps, butt, love handdles, and lower stomach. I have been on a diet for 2 mths, and obiviously ineed major help, can you help?
