Good luck and welcome to FT! I am 43 with about 60 pounds yet to lose so I can relate as can many here! Exercise can come in so many ways, take a nice refreshing walk then brisk it up a bit now and then throughout, bringing it back down to a slower pace and then up again. Find something enjoyable you like to do that takes some physical effort - I just started walking trails with my family and it is interesting at best trying to keep up, but I'm doing it! As millenia said, grab some canned goods and start there! Trick is to just DO IT :) Adjust your eating, try it slowly at first so as not to drive yourself crazy with cravings (those carb craves are nasty but you will find relief in time!!), allow yourself a "treat" at the end of the day when you have accomplished all your goals! Just DO IT and smile through it!!
