i posted about working arms twice a week and was told it was ok... my program has scheduled for wed and fri on arms... anyways my arms are sore now do i keep with the routine or skip it on friday.

I think you should follow what the program tells you to do. I think that the program was meant for this to happen or something I"m not sure

Some soreness is to be expected. However if it is so bad that you have trouble lifting things or flexing say your forearms I would either skip it or go light....

Also, drink pleanty of water and make sure diet is balanced. Lack of hydration and poor nutrition will add to the normally expected soreness from weight training.

I would lift on saturday instead of friday,give those guns some rest,the bicep is a small muscle group,bi meaning two muscles,how long have you been lifting:cool:
