Ok, I just joined this site (which is great I may add) and I can't wait to get started on my fitness plan. I'm doing the home exercise plan since I have no access to a gym here in my little town. So I'll be doing strength training 4 days a week and abs twice a week (according to my schedule) what kind of results will I see if I do all the reps like they ask and such? I'm 5'4 and 122 lbs, I am dieting to lose a few more lbs, I've already lost 50 lbs, but now I mainly want to focus on adding some lean muscle, toning and losing inches. My body fat % is 26% and I'd like to get it around 20-23%, is that a reasonable percentage?? So after 8 weeks of doing this program what kind of results will I see? Any input is appreciated! :) TY.

Welcome to FT, spryng...
The results you see will be based on what YOU put into it! You will see results if you follow the plan set up for you... but remember, it's only as good as you let it be.
It sounds as though you are on the right track to start... congrats on the weight loss.
However, don't 'diet.' Make a lifestyle change... diet comes across as a short-term phrase... if eat healthy most of the time, you should be alright...
Your goals are attainable with the program! Good luck and look around the site.. lots of info here... and be sure to use Fit Buddy at the bottom of the page to search the site!

Thank you so much for your advice! And yes I totally understand the "diet" trap, the way I eat now truly is a lifestyle for me and I'll never change it. I had been on many many diets before this one and all failed because once I got some weight off I'd feel deprived and binge on stuff I couldn't have and gain the weight back, this time around it is nothing like that. I found a great plan that fits into my daily living and I can see myself doing it forever. :)
And I'm going to give my workout plan real effort and hopefully in 8 weeks I'll have something great to report! (like a lower body fat percentage) Thanks again!
