Somthing I would love to do , if I came into like a lot of money, from say the lottery. I would open a chain of "fast food" restaurants. However it would be healthy fast foods, that you can order threw the drive threw.

Tuna salad w/o being made with cheap lard
Burgers on wheat bread, made form 92/8 ground beef, grilled.
Salads, big ones......w/ real meat!
Fairly healthy pizza, wheat crust, grilled chicken, freash mushrroms, no fat cheese.

plates of fresh steam veggies,

Also asortment of shakes, smoothies, with protein etc. in it

Nothing on the menu would be deep fried, nor any substitutions, everything natural.

Its just so hard to find somplace to eat, thats desently healthy. I so tired of scrapping "maynoase" and "cheese", I use those 2 loosely , of a tiny bun, and dabing my meat on a napkin to get excess fat/grease off.

Or pealing chicken breast skin off, getting on my seats, just a big pain.

Just sucks cause somtimes I need some " fast food", but alas, its only a dream :(:dumbbell::surprised:

funny, my friends and i were just talking about that last night after we played basketball. even the "healthy" choices at most fast food places are still lacking in every nutritional aspect. all we want is for the nation to have something available to put in their bodies that won't kill them. is that too much to ask?

We used to have a resturant out here a few years ago called Rocky Cola Cafe. They had a "healthy" menu, where they listed calories, protein, carbs, fats, and did not add fats, salt, etc. They used non fat cheese, brown rice, buffalo meet, etc. Awesome food, alot of it, and it was fairly reasonable. The place was always packed; don't know why they closed. I think they're still around in CA.
