How much cardio per week should you perform while trying to attain mass. I think around 3 times for 20 minutes is good. Am i right? I somrtimes do less, is that bad?
Thanks!

Actually they say that you should do cardio three times a week for 30-45 minutes. Doing less just means that you're not burning as many calories or getting your metabolism sped up.

Really, it all depends on your calorie consumption. Since you need to consume more calories than you expend to gain mass, just do cardio for a period that is comfortable to you and doesn't put you in a calorie deficit. There is no one period of time good for cardio, it is different for everyone. Good luck!

Changing the amount of cardio from week to week is actually Good, our bodies adapt quickly to the same routine/stresses.
