I have a question about carb intake. I filled out my profile and the diet caluclator told me to eat over 700 grams of carbs a day!! Is this right?:surprised:

700 gr. of carbs would overdo it for most folks. You do not have a profile in, please fill it in and we can probably help you better.

That's a lot of carbohydrates. I think any one eating that much carbohydrates is surely going to gain weight
