Hi Just wanna know if its possible to lose 17% of body fat and gaining 20 lbs of pure muscle ? If so, by doing cardio 5 times a week an weight training too am I on a good start.

are you new? what is your diet?...
feel upo your profile to know you better ...but.... it is kind of hard to lose that but if it is not possible...

i did it in 3 months. well close anyway. i went from 32% to 17% and all i did was eat correctly and lift heavy.

Im doing 30 mins of rowing machine 5 times a week and for the weight i train every part of the body 2 or 3 time a week, and training pretty hard!!

i think you're doing too much cardio. cut your cardio back to doing it only on your non-lifting days and make sure you stay in your target heart rate zone so you don't burn muscle tissue. if you want to add that kind of mass you're also going to have to have a really strict nutritional plan as well. i'm not a mass building nutrition expert, that's bb1's area. when i added my mass (roughly 22 lbs.) i was using creatine, hmb, glutamine, zma and follwing my lifting sessions with an insulin spike in my whey shake.
