when i first started working out i was very motivated. I never really found a good workout program though so now i have almost no motivation to workout. But when i do ocasionally workout i cant focus on it. What can be my problem, not being able to focus?

You have to remember your goal and the results you'll get from exercising right. Build up a nice challenge and make some sort of competition with yourself. Make it fun and you'll stay focused. :)
What does that mean that you never really found a good work out? You have to try them for at least 4-6 weeks to know!
