Why is it that is so easy for an idividual like myself, to lose weight so fast(without trying), and
hardly gain any quality mass? For example, I could just et 2000 calories a day-by decresing only 200 calories, I mght lose the pounds, but it will take me to consume maybe 500 to 700 extra calories to gain it. Before, I could maintain my usual bodyweight(167 to 170lbs)even without exercising--but now, I'm down to 160!!! I would like to gain two pounds in two weeks(before I go on vacation), but I don't know if that should be a posibility. JHelp!!
