Can't even mantain my weight anymore!!

Why is it that is so easy for an idividual like myself, to lose weight so fast(without trying), and
hardly gain any quality mass? For example, I could just et 2000 calories a day-by decresing only 200 calories, I mght lose the pounds, but it will take me to consume maybe 500 to 700 extra calories to gain it. Before, I could maintain my usual bodyweight(167 to 170lbs)even without exercising--but now, I'm down to 160!!! I would like to gain two pounds in two weeks(before I go on vacation), but I don't know if that should be a posibility. JHelp!!

You can put on 2-4lbs in two weeks if you start drinking a good weight gainer 3 times a day with your normal meals and training. :dumbbell:
