i donno if its me but i've been wrking out for a year around, its been goin well but this week for some reason it looks like i've decreased in mass. i do low reps and high wait, i havnt been eating much protien latly but that hasnt stoped me before. any ideas wat could cayse this ? (i dont do much cardio)

Diet is indeed your key. Weights are simply the vehicle to begin the process, what you get out of the workout is determined by diet. You state this has never stopped you before, well I might say you were lucky! Eat your protein. If you are not gaining mass, but losing it, you are not eating enough calories to sustain your activity level let alone muscle growth.

thanks a l;ot the next time i got shoping il be sure to get a lot of protein related foods. i onlt wrkout out aroud 4 yimes a week so i was afraid of eating to much thinkimng ill get fat imstead of buildin muscle
