Alright guys,

I'm an 18 year old male who is really into weight training. About two years ago I began seriously training for body mass...I was 10.2 stone when I started, and come a year and a half into it I reached my target weight of 14 stone. I was all toned up and looking in great physical shape.

HOWEVER, due to a hectic job schedule over the last six months I have not been able to weight train very often at all. The tone I had aquired has all turned to flab, especially on my legs and stomach (mainly beer).

I am very up on the techniques and do understand everything that's being said. I was just wondering if any of you guys could give me some advice on getting rid of the bells and fat on my legs as quick as possible (and none of the "stop drinking" milarky please).

One more thing, I am still quite fit and take part in many sports, my weight is now 14.5 stone and mainly fat!

Thank you!

If I remember correctly, a stone is 14 pounds ... it's a UK thing (like "petrol" and "flats")

Well of course lay off the alcohol but maybe some cardio in the morning on an empty stomach may help.. jnellie said this worked really well for him.. If you don't have time you could try HIIT cardio which may have the same effect but take less time.. Check one of the more recent articles in the Related Articles section for a very good explaination of HIIT...
