I was reading up on supplements trying to see what was out on the market and the side effects of things. Keep in mind this is a typical supplement store, so make sure you know everything about what you take!! Nice post...glad to see someone using a heads up approach to the supplement marketing hype. We really need very few supplements...and they are calles supplements for a reason, they are at best made to supplement a healthy diet. I have mentioned this numerous times, 95% of what we do is diet, exercise, and more diet(nutrition sense). We may at best get 5% boost from supplements. Don't fall for the hype, whether get big supplements or lose fat supplements. They both do the same thing, virtually nothing. Just as many folks have found with the weight loss industry pushing every conceivable pill that is the next modern miracle that in fact does not live up to claims, the same can be said for the folks pushing the get big supplements.
