Ok I'm going to start working out and I'm a kickboxer so I need advice about my diet and exercise plan.
I plan on working out around 5 times a week and I plan on doing a lot of cardio (running, swimming, etc). I also plan on weightlifting.
Ok heres the question: What kind of diet should I have? Like how many carlios, protein, etc? Also should I focus on weightlifting or cardio more?
Another question I would like to know is: Is it bad for my muscles if I work out 5 times a week?
Thanks

No, it's not bad for your muscles to work out five times a week... but, don't work out the same muscles five times a week... they need rest to grow... in fact, that's when the muscles grow, when they are resting after working out...

As for diet... fill out your profile and follow the nutritional guidelines on this site... everybody is different so the question can't really be answered specifically for you..

Hope that helps...
